Hey Joel,
A colleague of mine returned from China a couple of weeks ago and reported seeing a menu listing the appetizing dessert item, "chocolate puke." Could be a great closer for your next culinary adventure.
Thanks to you (and Nan!) for the blog and the photos. You've certainly entered into the spirit of the Games!
